A striking Art Deco chandelier of elegant cylindrical form, with a sleek silvered frame enclosing three downward-facing lights.
The chandelier is lavishly dressed with an impressive array of crystal, including large smoked French slab drops which lend a sophisticated depth and subtle tonal contrast. Rows of crystal button chains form a distinctive perspective of graduated cylindrical drops, creating a wonderful sense of movement and dimension.
The design is further enhanced with touches of warm amber crystals, adding a rich flash of colour against the cool silver frame and smoky crystals. An exceptionally stylish and atmospheric chandelier, combining classic French crystal with the clean, geometric elegance of the Art Deco period. c1920. Restored, wired, pat tested and ready to hang.
