Description

A traditional French cage chandelier, the heavy frame is dripping with large flat black pear drops, the top coronet has eight leaf arms each holding a pear drop under which is a bulbous ornate stem. Further leaf arms protrude from beneath the stem holding pear drops, the cage frame has delicate rococo features holding pear drops from which issue eight curvaceous arms each holding a cast metal bobeche drip pan. The chandelier has a lovely antique patina, a central feature light with a glass dish and is finished off with a large faceted ball. c1900. Restored, wired, PAT tested and ready to hang.

H70cm x W52cm, this is the height of the chandelier only without the chain and ceiling rose which comes with the chandelier and can be adjusted to individual requirements.
